Welcome to the Office of Inspector General’s Audit and Program Review 2021 Plan Survey

The City of Chicago Office of Inspector General (OIG) is an independent, non-partisan watchdog for Chicago taxpayers. OIG’s Audit & Program Review (APR) section performs objective reviews of City programs, issues public reports, and makes recommendations to improve City services.
