Survey on partnerships for adolescent sexual and reproductive health
The Joint Learning Initiative on Faith and Local Communities (JLI), working with PaRD, is conducting this survey. The deadline for this survey is Friday 5th April 2019.
The survey results will feed into a research study concerning partnerships/collaboration between religious/faith actors (broadly defined as any organization, community, or other grouping that has a faith-based identity) and governmental/inter-governmental institutions on adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) services and information.
Participation in this survey does not encompass an evaluation of your practices or any monetary benefit. Upon completion, we will send this study to all participants, share it with PaRD members, and circulate it to a broader audience, including in international fora.
Your participation in this survey is anonymous. This is to protect your information and the effects of sharing potentially sensitive information on ASRH. However, if you wish, you can choose to opt-out of anonymization and disclose your name and organization at the end of the survey. If you choose to disclose your name and organization, neither JLI nor PaRD are responsible or liable for any effects of participation in this research.
