The purpose of this project is to gain a better understanding about the relationship between small business’s financial and tax literacy and the role of their professional advisors. That is, whether and how advisors capacity build small business clients to improve their financial and tax literacy. The outcomes of the project will strengthen the importance of financial and tax literacy for those that seek or provide advice. It will also allow more targeted financial literacy programs to be developed and delivered by small business advisors.
