IMPACT Program | Subject Matter Expert Application

Introduction:
Please get involved with AOPO's IMPACT Program by becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The goal is to provide guidance and share successful practices with OPOs as we look to increase both donation and transplantation rates.

SME Job Description:

  • Key Responsibility - Based on the area of expertise, SMEs will work with committee members to advise OPOs participating in the IMPACT Program.
  • Experience - Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the OPO industry and a minimum of 3 years in the area of expertise to qualify.
  • Time Commitment - While working with the assigned OPO, a minimum of 4 one-hour conference calls are needed for interviews/committee meetings over 2-6 months. Additional time may be required to write/review materials.
