Significant effort goes into planning and hosting the High Holiday services at CBE.  In our on-going effort to provide engaging, enriching, and inspiring services for the Jewish holidays, (and to deepen and sustain the sense of communal connection we strive for year round), we’d like to hear from you.  

To that end, we would appreciate you taking a few moments to respond to this survey. The responses are blind – we won’t know who said what, unless you ask us to contact you. Each question asks you to rank your experience  and provides you with an opportunity to provide specific comments that contributed to your ranking.

At the end of the survey, there is room to leave general comments and a place to request that someone from the Spiritual Life Committee (SLC) to contact you to further discuss your comments.
