1 Circuit Ave Working Group Survey

At the Annual Town Meeting on April 9, 2026, Oak Bluffs voters approved $5 million dollars to fund the purchase or taking by eminent domain of the property at 1 Circuit Ave, commonly known as the former Island Theater. The theater closed in 2012 and the property has not been in active use since that time.

The Town has established a working group to explore potential public uses for the property and would like to hear from the community. This survey is an opportunity for residents and the general public to share their ideas and priorities for how the property could be used in the future. Your input will help inform the working group's discussions and recommendations.
