This survey of AES member health care providers is intended to gather general observations about epilepsy care during the COVID-19 pandemic that may assist all epilepsy care providers and their patients.
The survey was developed at the request of the AES COVID Steering Group by the Q-PULSE Work Group and the Council on Clinical Activities. Responses are completely anonymous. Estimated completion time is 1-8 minutes. Thank you for taking time to share your experiences.
