Texas Is Ready to Lead in Sex Ed
Texas school districts are preparing to implement high quality sexual health education in middle schools and high schools, in accordance with the updated health TEKS adopted by the State Board of Education.
Texas Is Ready is recruiting 10 school districts to participate in a community of practice/learning collaborative to increase the shared body of knowledge pertaining to the steps necessary to successfully assess, implement, and maintain sexual health education, as well as ensure individual district readiness by the start of the 2022 - 2023 school year.
