Is it reduced symptoms? Success in school or work? Strong family relationships? Happiness and well-being? There is no single correct answer, which is why your perspective is vital. We are developing a core set of outcomes to measure what truly matters in youth mental healthcare.

Young people with lived experience of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and other CAMHS stakeholders met with us and identified a list of potential outcomes. We would now like to find out which of those outcomes are considered important from other young people, mental health practitioners, parents, mental health researchers, or anyone involved with CAMHS in a professional or personal capacity.
This priority setting project is led by researchers at the University of Edinburgh and funded through the Health Research Board (Ireland).
