Dear Parent/Guardian,
It is extremely important to us that we have your input on programs and practices at your child’s school in the Lemoore Union High School District. We will compile the information and make the necessary adjustments to improve your child’s overall high school experience. If you have more than one child in the district, please complete one survey for each child. Your answers will be completely private.
