Background:
Every day 200,000 individuals in Ontario miss work due to personal mental health and addictions problems, or those of a loved one.

Purpose:
To determine how mental health, addiction and housing issues are affecting our businesses and employees in Oxford. The information gathered from this survey will be used to help the Chamber advocate for better supports and services in Woodstock and surrounding area.
The information gathered in this survey will remain confidential and will only be shared in an aggregate format.
