DESCRIPTION:In this information session, participants will hear from the Program Coordinator at Access Community Capital Fund about the Business Lab program. This free, online workshop series is designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs in launching or growing their business with confidence.
Through the Business Lab, participants will:
- Clarify their business idea and develop a strong action plan;
- Gain valuable insights from experienced coaches and facilitators;
- Connect with a supportive network of fellow entrepreneurs; and,
- Build the skills and mindset needed to succeed in business.
This webinar will be facilitated by ACCESS Capital Fund and will provide an overview of the program, its benefits and how to apply.
Eligibility criteria:
- Newcomer women, girls and gender diverse people Ages 13+
- Permanent Residents*, Protected Persons, Convention Refugees and Live-in Caregivers (with work permit)
- Temporary Residents from Gaza and their dependents
- Economic Class Immigrants who have been in Canada for less than 6 years (including their spouses/partners and dependents)
*Note, that due to funding criteria, we are unable to serve Canadian Citizens and Refugee Claimants at this time.
