South Elm Shared-Use Path

Share your feedback with the City of Webster Groves! The South Elm Shared-Use Path is planned for the 2027 construction season between Glendale and Watson Road. The project includes the complete resurfacing of the street via mill and overlay plus the installation of a multi-use trail along the west side of Elm Avenue.

The preliminary plan (Option A) maintains on-street parking
The preliminary design (Option A) maintains parking on both sides of Elm Avenue and requires additional right-of-way utilization. A new alternative (Option B) would eliminate west side parking but keep the shared-use path in the existing roadway footprint.
