Registration, Payment, and General Policy - Important Information

Where is it and what time?

The camp is located in Wyong Creek NSW 2259.

You will be sent a welcome email with the address, time-frame and waiver forms. These forms must be sent back to me completely filled in prior to attendance at camp.

WHAT TO BRING / WEAR:

• A refillable labelled water bottle
• A packed lunch and/or morning tea snacks (even for our half day programs)
• Enclosed shoes such as boots, gumboots or sneakers (no toes visible please).

- A horse riding helmet if you have one (in case). No bike helmets permitted.

• A hat (preferably covering ears and neck - bucket hats or wide-brimmed hats preferred).
• Sunscreen expecially if you have sensitive skin / allergies
• Comfortable clothes that you are willing to get a bit dusty, dirty or sandy
• Rain coat / jacket / gumboots for cold or wet weather

PAYMENTS:
All payments must strictly be made within 1 week after confirming your spot or at least 1 week prior to attendance. Late payments will jeopardise your booking being held.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations incur a 100% total cost fee if cancelled by you with less than 2 weeks notice provided. Please appreciate that bookings are limited. In the event of floods, dangerous winds, dangerous thunderstorms/hail the camp will be cancelled with a full refund issued or booking rescheduled where possible. We can operate in moderate rain/wind – however, it would be unpleasant for humans and horses to endure extreme weather conditions all day.

You will be notified of any cancellations made by Growth Edges due to weather and refunded in full if applicable. Cancellations will not be refunded if you decide not to attend based on your own assessment of the weather.

All payments must be made within 1 week of confirming booking and at least 1 week prior to attendance. Refunds may be issued if you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice before camp date. If I am using NDIS plan managed funding I will discuss invoicing details with Meghan and ensure I follow up the payment.

The payment details/instructions are located at the top of this form which I have read and understand.

I will read, understand, sign and return the required Consent & Waiver of Liability forms. This content is included in this form but will also be emailed to me 1 - 2 days after I have booked. I will send a photo of the signed page.

I have read and understand the drop off and pick up times and agree to notify Meghan via SMS/email if the drop off or pick up is running late or if someone other than a parent or guardian is collecting my child.

If I have arranged for someone else to pick up my child after the program, I will need to send a photo of their ID to Meghan prior to pick up time and this person will need to show their ID at collection.

I will not receive a refund if my child is sick on the day or I cancel due to my own assessment of the weather.
