Registration Form PWN for MENTOR Application 2020-2021

his form is for people applying as a MENTOR for the PWN Mentoring Program. please complete this form.

 

There are only 25 mentor/mentee matches. You are invited to apply as a mentor. Please fill out this form in as much detail as possible, so we can do the best matching possible. Thank you.

 

·       Only correctly filled out forms will be considered

 

·       We are asking mentees to clearly explain their objectives. It is important as a mentor to understand your reasons for your desire to mentor.

 

·       You will be matched based upon the availability of a mentee who fits the mentor’s goals experience and expectations

 

·       Only completed applications sent no later than 20 December 2020 will be considered – no exceptions

 

·       You are willing to invest about 2 hours a month in your programme which will run from the end February till June 2021

 

·      You are willing to participate in a 2 hour Mentoring training (via zoom)

 

Mentoring is a very powerful tool to achieve one’s goals and only works well when the mentee knows what they want to achieve and why. The mentor is never responsible for the mentee’s learnings.

 
We invite you to fill out the form with attention and purpose. Take your time to describe your objective/goal and the reason why you want to a mentor. What are your expectations and intended learnings. Plan between 30 to 45 minutes to reflect on these questions and then come back to complete the form.
