This is the PWDA Board Director Online Nomination Form.
You can complete this form to nominate for the position of Director of People with Disability Australia (PWDA).
Access to the nomination form is at the bottom of this page.
Nominations open on Wednesday 1 July and close on Monday 20 July 2026 at 5:00pm AEST.
Late or incomplete nominations cannot be accepted.
If you are experiencing technical issues, need assistance with the nomination process or need the nomination form in a different format, please contact PWDA before the closing date.
Please note: submitting a nomination does not mean you will automatically proceed to election.
