Customer Service Values, Principles and Standards

The purpose of this survey is to gather direct responses from our customers to improve the level of service we provide to you. The Public Works Department's customer service efforts are guided by the City of Rochester's approved Customer Service Values, Principles and Standards including Respect, Integrity, Safety and Excellence.
