NAAEE Annual Conference—We're Going Virtual!

Dear Members and Supporters:

As you know, the NAAEE Annual Conference will be going virtual and we’d love your input so we can create the best possible learning and networking experience. Please let us know your thoughts, and we’ll keep you posted on the timing, sessions, and next steps as we pivot toward this new virtual experience.
1.During our in-person conference, we offer Research Symposium sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday and Annual Conference sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Which of these options would make it easiest for you to attend one or both virtually?
2.Are you more likely to attend live sessions according to a set schedule, or seek out on-demand content at your leisure?
3.How many hours per day would you likely dedicate to attending the virtual conference?
4.How many days per week would you likely dedicate to attending the virtual conference?
5.Given that scheduling would need to accommodate people in many time zones, would you attend weekend or evening sessions?
6.If yes, what times would work best for you (in US Eastern Time, GMT-4)?
7.Which session style might you be most inclined to select from a schedule with multiple options?
8.How long should typical sessions last?
9.If the content is relevant, would you be likely to attend longer virtual sessions, such as half-day or full-day workshops? (Check all that apply)
10.What other activities would you participate in for a virtual conference? (Check all that apply)
11.If you have attended other virtual conferences:
12.Any other suggestions/thoughts/comments?
Thanks so much!
