Please fill in for each craft that you have employed, the base wages plus fringe benefits for a total wage package of what you paid during your Peak Week between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2019, for work performed within the same boundaries of the County of El Paso, Texas.  If you pay different wages and/or fringe benefits within the same classification, please list them on separate lines and provide their NUMBER of EMPLOYEES who earned that combined Base Wage and Fringe Benefits. (For additional projects, please fill out different surveys).
