Oklahoma Muslim Community Survey

This survey is being conducted by the Islamic Council of Oklahoma, in collaboration with the Community Service Council and the Oklahoma Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-OK). The goal of this survey is to dispel myths and fears about Muslims. The data are being analyzed by the Community Service Council, Eastern Oklahoma's designated Census Information Center.
 
Part 1 of the survey asks for information about you and your family or household as a whole.  Part 2 asks for information about other family or household members.  Please complete a separate Part 2 for each household member.   No identifying information will be asked, and responses will only be reported in the form of group totals; no individual or family level data will be released.  For online responding, please complete entire survey at one time so that all household member information will be stored together for data analysis purposes.
