General Overview

We know that in-store crime is an important issue for our members.  We know that many of our members feel that the police and courts do not take in-store crime seriously enough.

To this end we believe that to help us try and raise awareness of this with our politicians and legal system, it is vital that we can report on the incidents taking place in our members' stores and show them the true cost of retail crime within our industry.

Please therefore complete this survey no later than Friday 14th August to allow us to collate the survey results and produce a report.

I very much appreciate your support on this.
