Parent-Child Creative Connection Workshop
Join us for an exciting 1.5-hour workshop designed to strengthen parent-child bonds through movement-based improvisation games!
The workshop begins with light stretches and introductions to set a welcoming tone. Filled with movement games like Mirror Movement Icebreaker, Freeze and Justify, Emotional Sculptures, and Human Props. The workshop ends with a cooldown of gentle stretches and a reflection circle to share experiences and insights.
