Location: PFL Site, MultanEducation: FSC/DAE Chemical with A class boiler engineering.
Experience: 10 Years of Petro Chemical Industry & 05 years of Utilities Plant Experience.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coherent running of the shift as per PFL SOPs.
- Ensure that operating parameters are as per production targets.
- Assist shift incharge in start-up, shut-down & normal operations
- Maintain all logs as per SOPs; Shift coordination & time sheet planning
- Ascertain safe and efficient operations
- Read the log book of previous shift to update his knowledge.
- Operate the Utilities Plant as per standards for external and internal audits.
- Assist shift incharge to Ensure safe, Consistent and efficient operations of the Utilities Plant and reduce downtime
- In case of emergency at Utilities Plant assess the problem and ensure safe shutdown, If required involve to investigate the cause of problem and suggest solutions.
- Perform all above functions to ensure 22/6, consistent operations at the Utilities Plant to achieve production targets as per Company's business plan.
- Ensure implementation of safe work practices for safe, consistent and efficient operations
