Time required: About 15-20 minutes
Eligibility: Participants must be:
- 18 years old or older
- Born in the U.S.
- Have attended a Protestant Chinese Heritage Church a minimum of two years during 6th-12th grade
- Currently attend a Protestant church that is either a CHC or non-CHC (multiethnic, Asian American, Pan-Asian, etc.)
Confidentiality: This survey is completely anonymous, and no identifying information will be shared or published.
Voluntary participation: By completing this survey, you have given your consent that you are a voluntary participant in this study. You may stop the survey at any time.
Optional Prize Drawing: At the end of the survey, you may provide your email to be entered into a drawing for a $100 VISA giftcard. Your email will not be used for any other purpose other than to contact you if you win.
