Explain the general principles of implementation science and how they apply to the development of virtual multidisciplinary preoperative assessment pathways.
Develop intraoperative anesthetic plans that protect RV function, avoid increases in pulmonary vascular resistance, and respond effectively to acute RV decompensation.
Implement postoperative monitoring and rescue strategies to prevent deterioration and support recovery, including escalation pathways to ICU or advanced therapies.
