Leading Healthcare Providers Skillnet is a not for profit learning network co-funded by Skillnet Ireland and member companies. Skillnet Ireland is funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Education and Skills. Of over 60 Skillnet Ireland learning networks, we are the only learning network dedicated exclusively to providing funding towards training and education in the private healthcare sector. Annually, Leading Healthcare Providers Skillnet submits an application to Skillnet Ireland for funding to support the growth of the private healthcare sector through the provision of subsidised training and education.
All private hospitals are automatically eligible to become a Leading Healthcare Providers Skillnet member company making you eligible to avail of subsidised training and education. If you are already working with training providers we can still support your hospital. Please email me for further information (email address below).
In support of our 2019 application we would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete our learning needs analysis survey. It is essential that we have evidence to show that Leading Healthcare Providers Skillnet members have undertaken a Learning Needs Analysis in order to identify training/up-skilling required to support the application for further grant funding.
To provide the optimal level of assistance to the private hospitals (member companies) availing of training and education, we ask all members to critically look at their learning needs for the coming year, consider the underpinning training and education that would increase productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in your work environment , thus bringing benefit to your business whilst delivering high quality care for patients.
The stronger the case we make, the better the chance of securing funding which will enable us to support a greater number of member companies across the country.
The following information will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of submitting a detailed proposal to Skillnet Ireland in order to strengthen our submission for grant funding for 2019 and for the development of a training and educational plan for 2019.
