The Patient Experience of Nivolumab + Relatlimab (Opdualag™) Survey

Patient survey on the immunotherapy treatment Nivolumab + Relatlimab (Opdualag™) for adult cutaneous melanoma in stage III unresectable or stage IV melanoma. We want to hear from all melanoma skin cancer patients, whether you have received Opdualag™ or not, at any stage of the disease. Your feedback is crucial to us.

We also invite melanoma patients who have not received the Nivolumab + Relatlimab (Opdualag™) immunotherapy or have undergone different treatments to participate in this survey. Your feedback is valuable to us. Please fill out questions 1 to 16, regardless of the treatment you have received. Your input is important to us as we gather comprehensive data.

The purpose of this survey is to collect patient and caregiver perspectives, which will inform the treatment recommendations of the Save Your Skin Foundation to the CADTH Common Drug Review (CDR) and the pan-Canadian Oncology Drug Review (pCODR). By sharing your direct feedback, we can influence decision-makers and advocate for improved treatment options and outcomes.

Completing this survey should take approximately 15 minutes. If you have any questions or additional feedback, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@saveyourskin.ca. Thank you for your participation and contribution.
