Program Eligibility

Thank you for your interest in the AltFinance Fellowship!

Please be advised, the following will be required to submit your application:

  • Program Eligibility Verification - Eligible applicants must be current students with graduation dates of May 2028, December 2028 or May 2029, and attending Clark Atlanta University, Florida A&M University, Hampton University, Howard University, Morehouse College, Morgan State University, North Carolina A&T State University, or Spelman College. However, other HBCU students are welcome to apply. Students must also be US citizens, permanent residents, or DACA recipients.
  • Resume (Required template will be provided within the application)
  • Unofficial Transcript (Must include full academic history and current cumulative GPA)
  • Letter of Recommendation (Only the recommender name will be required for application submission)
  • Two pre-recorded video submissions (Only the link to uploaded videos will be required for application submission)

Application progress can be saved and you may return to complete additional sections later, if you use the same device and browser.

The application deadline is April 15, 2026. Admissions decisions will be communicated by May 31, 2026.
