AACOM GME Leadership Development Survey |

The American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM), through the Assembly of Osteopathic Graduate Medical Educators (AOGME), is exploring the development of a leadership program specifically for GME professionals. This survey is a follow-up to a series of telephone interviews of leaders in graduate osteopathic medical education conducted by AAL on behalf of AACOM in March 2018. These interviews were conducted by the Academy for Advancing Leadership (AAL), a consulting and professional development organization located in Atlanta, Georgia. AAL is also administering this survey on behalf of AACOM.
The survey contains 15 questions, and will require approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will assist AACOM in determining whether sufficient interest exists to develop the program, and if so, the most appropriate content and format. Your responses to this survey are anonymous. Data will be used by AACOM to determine next steps in developing the program.
