Thank You for Your Interest!

ECHO welcomes proposals from qualified candidates to present at our events on HOA-related themes from their area of expertise or experience. Multiple presentation proposals are permitted. ECHO will acknowledge receipt of each submitted proposal and update you on the status of our review in advance of upcoming events.

Speaker Agreement: If selected, speakers will be asked to sign a Speaker Agreement, which includes:
- Permissions to distribute materials and record presentations.
- An agreement to provide speaker biographies and photos, presentation title and description, and draft slides and materials for review and approval to ECHO according to specifications and deadlines.

Speaker Benefits: By speaking for ECHO, you support our work to improve community associations. Use your expertise to help our members and, in some cases, your clients! All selected speakers will be recognized before audiences ranging from 50-100+ attendees as well as in our digital and print communications before and after each event.

Tip on Proposals: Presentation topics that focus on or include practical tips and information that members of HOAs can use to improve their operations or communities are more likely to be selected. Many of our attendees are members of HOAs and long-time ECHO members. Therefore, detailed looks at specific topics are preferable to high-level overviews.

Note: Your presentation must not engage in any type of promotional marketing or selling of any product or service, and must not disparage ECHO or other specific companies in any way. ECHO has the right to refuse and/or suggest changes to content. If ECHO receives a complaint that your presentation was in any way self-promotional, it may impact future speaking opportunities.

Thank you for your interest in presenting at an ECHO event. If you have any questions or wish to provide additional attachments, please email speakers@echo-ca.org
