Outdoor Journey Fund

If you are a non-profit seeking to bring a group of community members into the outdoors, you may be eligible to receive free or reduced-cost lodging, camping, or guided activities from AMC’s Outdoor Journey Fund. Fill out the form below, and we will be in touch with more information.

Examples of eligible groups include, but are not limited to:

• Nonprofit organizations with current 501(c)(3) status or organizations sponsored by a nonprofit with such status
• Groups or organizations that are led by and/or serve communities that want to be outdoors
• Youth groups, organizations, or public schools with 50% or more of the population qualifying for free & reduced lunch.
• Organizations that focus on trauma or PTSD support

Please note that AMC cannot honor all requests; the Outdoor Journey Fund is limited by funds donated annually. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted for the year. Outdoor Journey Fund Awards are capped at $5,000 per group per year. There is no cap on the number of trips you can offer, as long as the total amount for all trips (including food & transportation requests) is covered by the $5,000 limit. We suggest that you apply for support at least 3 months before your intended trip date.
