Participant Registration Information
Please join Waco PD and Waco ISD PD for a spooky night of fun! Assist us in providing the community with a fun-filled, safe event to attend for Halloween. Each participating organization is limited to one spooktacular vehicle.
Event Date: Wednesday, October 28, 2026
Event Time: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Event Location: 1401 S New Rd. Waco, TX (Waco ISD Football Stadium)
Event guidelines:
1) One vehicle per participant
2) Please bring and provide candy and/or promotional items
a. Candy must be store bought and individually wrapped
b. No homemade baked goods
3) No electricity will be available for use
4) Must be kid friendly

Set-up time for event:
Please arrive/set-up between 3:30 PM – 4:45 PM. Upon arrival, you will receive instruction on where to park. Your vehicle must be parked in its designated spot and decorated by 5:00 PM. To ensure the safety of all the families attending the event, vehicles will not be allowed to depart from their designated spot, until the end of the event. For planning purposes, deadline for participant registration is October 23rd by 5:00 PM.
Contest for Best Themed Vehicle:
Although not mandatory to participate, we highly encourage participants to decorate their vehicles according to a theme! You may also wear a costume. Here are some suggestions...

Attendees will vote for their favorite themed vehicle and the winner will have bragging rights for a year! Thank you for being a valuable community partner!
