2017 Customer Service Survey
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio’s (PUCO’s) Service Monitoring and Enforcement Department is conducting a survey of randomly selected customers to identify their perceptions regarding the water quality and customer service provided by the Stark Regional & Struthers Divisions of the Aqua Ohio Water Company.  Please keep your responses relative to the service you have received since March 1, 2013.  Responses received after September 30, 2017 may not be included in the final tabulation and summary.  The survey results will be available upon completion via the PUCO’s website:
