The county, in conjunction with the Lake County Coordinated Transportation Services Committee (LCCTSC), is conducting a Paratransit Market Study to evaluate transportation options for county residents and to prepare an implementation plan to improve service. The study will review the range of available services, identify gaps in service relative to community needs, and recommend improvements.
Your responses to the following questions will help us identify needs in Lake County and some improvements to public transportation programs to address these needs. Some of you may have provided feedback during the series of Community Meetings for the project.
