Tuesday Oct 20: Annual Meeting 1:30pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday, Oct. 21: Roundtable 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday, Oct. 22: Roundtable 9:00am - 5:00pm

ROOMING/LODGING
Once your registration has been submitted, NNEDV will make your hotel reservations based on the information you provide. Any days you choose to stay before or after the 3 nights allotted to attend the 2015 Roundtable will be your responsibility.
Please note: Lodging rates +/-3 days before the 19th and after the 22nd are at $185/night not including taxes and other charges as available.
New Policy on MEETING EXPENSES
NNEDV will cover airfare OR mileage costs up to $500 for each coalition and lodging for one participant per coalition for both the Roundable events AND the Leadership Institute. For example, if the ED would like to attend the Roundtable events and have another coalition staff member attend only the Leadership Institute, then NNEDV will cover up to two airfares/mileage for each coalition (not to exceed $500) as long as at least one person participates in the Roundtable and at least one in the Leadership Insitiute and will cover a hotel for 3 nights for the one person to attend the Roundtable events and 1 night for one person to attend the Leadership Institute.
IMPORTANT: If the cost of your travel beyond $500 prohibits you from attending, please email coalition_ta@nnedv.org so we can work with you individually.

**If your hotel reservation needs to be changed after registering, please contact Lindsay McDaniel Mapp, lmm@nnedv.org immediately. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your first night's stay, there will be a charge that will be the responsibility of the coalition.
