3.We are wanting feedback on our current cancellation policy and would like you to CHOOSE YOUR PREFFERED OPTION below. It is the pilates industry standard to have a cancellation policy in place to ensure teachers are able to be paid fairly for classes and that clients are paying for reservations in small classes that otherwise would be filled by another client. We do understand emergencies and illnesses happen, so we would like your choice between the two options below. Cancellation policies also help keep our prices affordable and sustainable for the longevity of the studio and the staff.
