Online Southern Iowa Focus Group (March 10, 2026)

GENERAL INFO

We are looking for Southern Iowa residents (specific counties listed below) to participate in an online focus group from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10. Compensation for participation will be $250 (paid by PayPal or Venmo within one business day of the event). The event will be held via the Zoom app.

Eligible applicants will be contacted via email for a short Zoom interview during which you will be asked to demonstrate your ability to both use Zoom and access our online polling platform. If you have participated in one of our past focus groups, you may not be eligible for this group.

If you are selected for the focus group, we will have to verify your identity for payment purposes. You will be asked to submit/show a legible copy/photo of your Iowa driver's license/ID (instructions will be provided for which portions can be redacted).
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATION YOU MUST:

1) Have a valid Iowa driver’s license or Iowa ID;

2) Be a resident of one of these Iowa counties: Boone, Dallas, Greene, Guthrie, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Polk, Poweshiek, Story, Warren, or an immediately surrounding county;

3) Be able to read, write, and speak in English;

4) Have the Zoom app installed on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer;

5) Have reliable headphones and a microphone for use in the Zoom meeting;

6) Have a reliable internet connection which will allow you to remain online and present via video and audio in the Zoom meeting during the entire focus group event (breaks excluded);

7) Have a secondary device (cell phone, tablet, laptop, or computer) which can access the internet;

8) Have a quiet place free from potential distractions (e.g. children, pets, etc.) from which you can participate in the focus group.
