The Public Transport Authority (PTA) regularly undertakes maintenance works across the public transport network to ensure the safe operation of Transperth services. To minimise disruption on the network, and for the safety of passengers and the public, these works typically occur out-of-hours. Traditionally we inform nearby residents about upcoming maintenance works by delivering a hard-copy letter.
As technology is changing we are looking at a number of communication methods for future maintenance works notifications.
