Zoo and Aquarium Leadership

The Zoo Advisors team has been working to advance gender equity in our community for almost ten years.  But we are not yet done.  We want to move from talking to acting, and to accomplish this we first need to understand the specific gender equity issues that are most pressing in zoos and aquariums.   

Over the years we have gathered those issues most frequently identified in our Women in Leadership AZA sessions.  While not scientific, it gives us a place to start the conversation - and to begin the process of conducting meaningful scientific research.  

So we need your help.  By completing this brief survey, you can help us take a first step at identifying the gender equity issues of greatest import to our community.
