1.) Review FCCLA's "Capitol Hill Visit Instructions" (available at http://fcclainc.org/meetings/capitol-leadership.php) for guidelines.
2.) Visit with members of Congress should be scheduled for Tuesday, October 9, 2018, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. It is important to schedule these meetings as soon as possible (before you come to Washington, D.C.), as members and their staff have very busy schedules. Make the most of your time on the Hill. Allow time to drop off FCCLA informational packets at the offices of all your state's Senators and Congressman, even if you can't secure a meeting (see question 7, below).
3.) Submit this form no later than Monday, September 24th to allow FCCLA National Staff time to compile information for emergency purposes.

Please provide contact information for the FCCLA person scheduling these visits.
