Disability Confident Scheme
We’re proud to be part of the Disability Confident scheme. This means we actively take steps to create a more inclusive workplace for our staff, like guaranteeing interviews for internal applicants with a disability or health condition who meet the minimum criteria for the role.
Gender Identity and Pronouns
You now have the option to indicate your preferred pronouns during registration, if you wish to do so. This is so our team can address you in a way that feels right for you.
