We follow that up with a different survey to your staff to fill in, to determine their views on your company's DE&I policies. We will create a DE&I data report, based on staff feedback, free of charge for all winners of the DEI award.

The Insurance Business UK 5-Star Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 2022 awards will be published in June.
