Every year, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) contracts with regional centers in California to serve clients and families. And every year, DDS looks to how well regional centers do. Westside Regional Center (WRC) is developing a plan to fulfill our goals and the contract with DDS. We would like to invite you to help us with this plan by completing a survey.
This survey is confidential (we will NOT know who you are) and your responses will have NO effect on your services. This is a voluntary survey; you are invited to participate in it but you can decide not to. We would like your input as it will help us develop an action plan. We will share findings from this survey during our public meeting scheduled for October 10, 2018 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Westside Regional Center. You are welcome to attend this meeting as well. Please complete the survey by Monday, September 24th at 5pm.
