Introduction

Thank you for completing this Feedback Loop survey for the statewide co-design of NSW MoH's Post Suicide Support Service.

This feedback loop summarises all of the NSW MoH PSS statewide co-design outputs to date, including:

Summary of lived experience focus conversations: exploring your emotions and feelings throughout your suicide bereavement journey
Summary of postvention workers focus conversations: exploring your emotions and feelings throughout the suicide bereavement journey for someone you are supporting
Summary of lived experience co-design workshop: understanding your needs and how the Post Suicide Support service could meet them.
Summary of postvention workers co-design workshop: understanding your needs as a worker and how the Post Suicide Support service could meet them.

The intent of feedback loop 1 is to:

Sense check findings with co-design participants
Circulate co-design findings to broader stakeholders for further input
Receive written feedback via online survey
Inform the future development of the Post Suicide Support service delivery model
