Proposed Extension of the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in Ashton-under-Lyne Town Centre

The Council is seeking to consult with members of the public and local businesses in respect of extending the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) that has currently been in place for Ashton-under-Lyne Town Centre since November 2022, for a further 3 years pursuant to section 60 of the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
