Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) Alcohol Control

A Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) was created by the 2014 Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act to deal with any nuisances or problems in a particular area that affects the local community’s quality of life. A PSPO imposes conditions on how an area can be used with the aim of preventing anti-social behaviour in public spaces.
