Disclaimer: The information gathered by this survey will be used to better understand the landscape of Italian migration archival holdings in the Ohio-Pennsylvania-West Virginia tri-state area; to formulate longer-term goals for the project; and to supply data for collaborative grant applications. Respondents may be asked to participate in future initiatives relating to the mapping of this landscape, including but not limited to the following: the creation of an online directory and/or visualization meant to facilitate learning and research using Italian migration archives; individual or collaborative digitization projects intended to extend the scope of archival impact; the pursuit of funding at the regional and/or national levels in support of compilation, digitization, and amplification efforts; and the like.
