Terms and Conditions
You must be 18 years old or over on Sunday 25th April 2027
A registration fee of £100 is payable directly to MND Scotland to secure your place if you are successful in the ballot, this fee is non-refundable
Places are not transferable under any circumstances
You are medically fit and that you participate in the event at your own risk. MND Scotland will not be held responsible for injury or illness resulting from your participation
MND Scotland are unable to pay for travel or accommodation costs
You understand that the registration fee is non-refundable, and does not count towards your fundraising target
You understand that the fundraising target of £3,500 is exclusive of Gift Aid
You commit to raising at least 50% of the £3,500 fundraising target by 1st February 2027
The winners of the ballot will be given 14 days to respond, after which a new name will be drawn
I will inform MND Scotland as soon as possible if I am unable to part in the TCS London Marathon due to injury or illness
