Thank you for your interest in booking an educational tour at Pedro St. James. To help us provide a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for your students, please review the following guidelines before completing this form:
1. Maximum capacity is 60 students per hour, divided into groups of no more than 30 students per tour guide.
2. A minimum teacher/chaperone ratio of 1 adult for every 10 students is required for all school visits.
3. Teachers/chaperones are expected to remain with and actively supervise students at all times throughout the visit.
4. Please ensure students are appropriately dressed for a heritage site visit, including comfortable footwear, as parts of the experience involve walking outdoors.
5. Students should be reminded to respect the historic property, exhibits, and other guests during their visit.
6. Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not permitted inside the Great House.
7. Tour requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the Pedro St. James team.
8. For groups larger than 60 students, multiple tour time slots will be required.
9. If your visit includes any students with accessibility needs or special requirements, please indicate this in the form so accommodations can be arranged where possible.
