2026 Call for Technology Demonstrations Proposals Form

APCO International, the FirstNet Authority and NIST Public Safety Communications Research are excited to announce The Public Safety Innovation Summit featuring 5x5, taking place at the Hyatt Regency Orlando on December 1-2, 2026.

Thank you for your interest in showcasing your innovative, cutting-edge, or emerging technology that has the potential to advance public safety communications at The Public Safety Innovation Summit featuring 5x5! Technology demonstrations enable innovators to showcase everything from prototypes and minimum viable products to established, market-ready solutions for public safety communications. Remember, this is not a sales opportunity, and this opportunity does not commit APCO International, FirstNet Authority, or the NIST PSCR to future collaborations with your organization.

Please complete the following form to be considered for a technology demonstration. Space is limited and demonstration spots will be allotted based on proposal quality. This technology demonstration will offer a traditional indoor table-based spots.

The review team will notify applicants on a rolling basis. For questions. please email dillardj@apcointl.org.

Note: Each demo host will receive one (1) event registration. Demo hosts that need additional registrations are required to register for The Public Safety Innovation Summit featuring 5x5. In addition, each demo host will secure their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Note, each tech demo table will be equipped with:
• One (1) 6-foot table
• Two (2) chairs
• Power strip
• One (1) event registration
• One (1) easel (Upon request by (deadline date: Friday, October 23, 2026)
• Company listing on the event website and demonstration showcase web page
• Complimentary basic Wi-Fi will be provided in all general session meeting space

Monitors will not be provided. Demo hosts are responsible for renting monitors through the venue or bringing their own. If dedicated internet service is required, demo hosts are also responsible for ordering it through the venue. Instructions for ordering equipment and internet services through the hotel’s exclusive vendors will be provided.
